Canadian Investor Buys Downtown Bothell Apartments for $63M
MainStreet Property Group sold the 203-unit Six Oaks, a new mixed-use apartment development, in Downtown Bothell, for $63M.
The buyer is Belkorp Holdings, part of Belkorp Industries, a Vancouver, BC, company. As home to biotech, medical device and other companies, Bothell is drawing investors.
Portland-based McMenamins recently opened its first Seattle-area entertainment complex and hotel in an 84-year-old Anderson School in Bothell that it renovated for $26M. [PSBJ]
