LINQ Lofts + Flats Wins NAIOP Award
MainStreet Property Group’s LINQ Lofts + Flats was named NAIOP Washington State's Multi-Family Residential Development of the Year on Nov. 2. The award was given in the category for properties with 100 units or fewer at the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ Night of the Stars event. The award recognized the building’s design and attention to detail inside and out.
The 94-unit, over-152K SF building is in Kenmore. It features an Anytime Fitness, a DIY room for crafting and hobbies, a recharge station and a Worq station similar to coworking spaces, as well as a Sky Lounge that features a 75-inch big screen television, a full kitchen and a barbecue area on a covered deck.
Its first floor is entirely commercial and is anchored by the 20K SF Evergreen Health center that provides health services ranging from urgent care to long-term wellness.
LINQ is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Gold-certified property and received Washington state’s “Smart Communities Award.”
“At MainStreet, we’re deeply committed to creating unique communities that transform urban environments,” MainStreet Properties Group President Kelly Price said in a statement.
