Ravenna88 Townhome Sales Underway
Sales launched last week at Ravenna88, an 87-unit residential townhouse project in North Seattle. The townhomes start at $695,880 and range from 1,410 SF to 1,784 SF. The first homes, built by Intracorp, will be ready for occupancy in January.
The townhomes are designed by NK Architects and offer open floor plans and outdoor decks. The kitchens have polished quartz countertops with a full-height decorative glass backsplash and Whirlpool stainless steel appliances.
The company is offering tours of under-construction units, as well as a virtual-reality headset tour.
The development is at the corner of Lake City Way and 88th Avenue NE.
