Sequoia Equities Bags Vintage First Hill Apts

The California buyer has acquired the 351-unit One Thousand 8th Avenue Apartments in the First Hill neighborhood of Seattle for $93M. The property was originally developed in 1949 and consists of two 14-story towers. Sequoia plans an $8M renovation to modernize the apartment interiors and common amenities, reports The Registry. Sequoia will also provide day-to-day management for the building. [TR]
