Southport To Bring Office Space To Renton's Waterfront

The first two towers of the Southport Office Campus will be complete by the end of this year.
Exxel Pacific and SECO Development recently topped out the first two towers of the Southport Office Campus in Renton. Construction is set to be complete on those towers later this year. A third tower will be complete next year.
The 5.2-acre office complex will culminate with more than 1.4M SF across three nine-story buildings.
