Talon Snaps Up Tukwila Office Properties

Talon Private Capital acquired three Tukwila office buildings for just over $22M. The three buildings form the 171k SF Riverview Plaza, which is between Westfield Southcenter mall and the Green River. The seller was Broadreach Capital Partners, the Puget Sound Business Journal reports.
Talon Private Capital managing principal Bill Pollard (right, snapped at a Bisnow event with Security Properties' Ed McGovern) knows the buildings well. He was on the Pacific Real Estate Partners team that originally leased the buildings, and then sold them to Broadreach for $27.6M in 2007, just ahead of the late 2000s downturn. [PSBJ]
