Trammell Crow Tops Off in Bellevue
Trammell Crow Co and Principal Real Estate Investors have topped out the 462k SF 929 Office Tower. The 19-story project is the first Class-A office development in the Bellevue CBD since 2010, and will be complete by the end of '15. The demand for space in the market is robust, Trammell Crow principal Craig Dobbs tells us, adding the company's exchanging proposals with several tenants whose combined demand far exceeds the building’s capacity.
With its large floor plates, the property will be able to accommodate the demand for collaborative, open-plan office space, Craig adds. The building also will feature a high-performance glass curtain wall that's the first in the market to meet the new energy code, significantly reducing heat loss while allowing more natural light into occupied spaces.
