Donahue Schriber Bullish on Seattle Retail
Donahue Schriber Realty Group's Dave Mossman tells us that "the greater Seattle market has high barriers to entry that makes it resilient regardless of the economy at large." Recently the company acquired the 80k SF Interbay Urban Center at 1827 15th Ave W in Seattle. The property is fully leased, and anchored by Whole Foods. The deal follows the company’s purchase of Lakeland Town Center in Auburn and Westgate North in Tacoma.
