Recently the company acquired the 80k SF Interbay Urban Center at 1827 15th Ave W in Seattle. The property is fully leased, and anchored by Whole Foods. The deal follows the company’s purchase of Lakeland Town Center in Auburn and Westgate North in Tacoma.
