DJM Capital Partners Names New Chief Financial Officer And Chief Operating Officer
San Jose-based DJM Capital Partners has named Ken Lee as chief financial officer and Becky Sullivan as chief operating officer.
Lee previously held the title of vice president at the private equity and development firm and worked on both acquisitions and asset management capacities, closing more than $1B in new financing, recapitalizations and acquisitions.
He joined the firm in 2011 from US Bank, where he served as assistant vice president, commercial real estate. Lee also worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s real estate investment banking platform and was a public accountant at KPMG.
Sullivan has been with the company for more than 14 years, most recently as senior vice president of construction and development.
At DJM she has overseen more than $500M of development projects, including Pacific City, a 191K SF mixed-use development in Huntington Beach; Lido Marina Village, a 116K SF boutique retail, restaurant and creative office development in Newport Beach; and Bella Terra, a 1M SF mixed-use open-air shopping, dining, entertainment and residential project in Huntington Beach.
Eric Sahn, who held the title of chief financial officer, will finish his day-to-day financial responsibilities with DJM, but remain as a general partner with the firm. Sahn served as the firm’s financial head for 15 years.
