Loja Goes Shopping for Tracy Shopping Center
We learned Tracy Corners Shopping Center just traded for $15.25M, representing one of the largest retail/shopping center transactions in Stanislaus County. The 86k SF center at 770–780 Clover Rd and 3001–3323 N Tracy Blvd was scooped up by a Loja Group subsidiary. Transwestern repped the buyer. The stabilized, diverse tenant mix made it a “quality return in a competitive market with limited inventory,” says Transwestern’s Michael Cisternino. Tenants include Mi Pueblo Food Center, Harbor Freight Tools and O’Reilly Auto Parts.
