Leasing Underway At New Luxury Menlo Park Apartment Complex
CityView and Greystar have nearly completed their latest project in Menlo Park. Leasing has begun at the 146-unit Elan Menlo Park, designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning. The property at 3645 Haven Ave. includes over 17K SF of indoor/outdoor amenity space.
Amenities include a club-quality fitness center, a resident lounge and large landscaped interior courtyards with WiFi, bike storage and maintenance stations, automated package delivery system and a resort-inspired saltwater pool and spa. It will have an outdoor area with fire pits, barbecue grills and TVs and a pet area. In addition to covered parking for residents, select apartment homes have an attached garage.
The complex offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 715 SF to 1,249 SF. Apartments include gourmet kitchens with custom islands, quartz countertops, glass tiled backsplashes, European cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. Floor plans include wood-style plank flooring, pendant lighting, air conditioning, walk-in closets and in-home full-size washers and dryers.
The apartment community is close to the Dumbarton Bridge, 101 Freeway and Facebook’s campus. It is within 10 minutes of Downtown Menlo Park, Palo Alto or Redwood City.
Elan Menlo Park’s general contractor is JS Builders. The interior designer is Parisi Portfolio. The landscape architect is MPA Design.
KTGY also designed Anton Menlo, a 395-unit apartment community at 3639 Haven Ave. in Menlo Park and a 195-unit apartment complex at 777 Hamilton, according to KTGY associate principal Jessica Musick.
