New Mountain View Condo Project Begins Sales
A rare condo project in Mountain View has released units to the market. Regis Homes Bay Area is selling condos at 1101 West El Camino Real, which offers 52 condos. The four-story development has six studios, 18 one-bedroom, 17 two-bedroom and 11 three-bedroom units. Regis Homes Bay Area built the project in partnership with Tricon Capital. Homes are starting at $750K for a studio and $1.5M for three-bedroom floor plans, according to Zillow.
Residences are 700 to 1,700 SF and feature an outdoor terrace and wrap-around balconies on certain floor plans. Homes also can be equipped with automation features, including remote-controlled thermostats, lighting and window coverings. Kitchens include quartz countertops, Grohe faucets, Bosch stainless steel appliances and some plans include a wine refrigerator or under-counter-drawer microwave.
Community amenities include a lobby with a loft retreat; a landscaped courtyard with an outdoor kitchen, barbecues and a fire pit; a bike pavilion with secure bike storage and a workshop; electric vehicle charging stations; and a dog run area. A new bus stop also will be added near the lobby entrance.
The 57K SF building was designed by Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh Architects, and Polaris Pacific is marketing the units. The infill development is designed to meet LEED Silver requirements.
