New Towers Could Bring 700 Units to Downtown San Jose
A new project could bring more than 700 housing units to downtown San Jose at the site of the Greyhound bus terminal at 70 S Almaden Ave.
KT Urban put forth the preliminary plans for two towers, one 24-story and the other 23-story, on three levels of underground parking. One tower would contain 294 units and the other 414 units. The project could have around 13,500 SF of retail on the ground level, according to the Silicon Valley Business Journal.
KT Urban has not yet closed on the land. Greyhound is hoping to move its bus terminal to Diridon Station. [SVBJ]
