Broadcom Building Gets Acquisition Financing
We just checked in with MetroGroup Realty Finance's Pat Ward down in Newport Beach, who secured $35.7M in financing for the acquisition of the Broadcom Building in San Jose. The 200k SF building at 3151 Zanker Rd was scooped up by an affiliate of Oakmont Corp. MetroGroup provided the funding at a 65% loan to value.
