Tarlton Properties Celebrates Newly Renovated Headquarters
Tarlton Properties celebrated the completion of its renovated headquarters at 1530 O’Brien Drive in Menlo Park this month. The office is within the 50-acre, 18-building Menlo Park Labs, also owned by Tarlton. The business park offers 900k SF of office and lab space to high-tech and biotechnology firms. Since its founding in 1980, Tarlton has developed 4.5M SF, including 1.5M SF of REO properties for institutional clients.
"The opening of our new corporate offices marks a new stage in our growth and we look forward to continuing our commitment as the center of innovation in the biotech and life science sectors," says Tarlton CEO John Tarlton, above with Stanford Cancer Institute associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology Dr. Oliver Dorigo.
In celebration of its new office, Tarlton hosted an open house and education forum with preeminent cancer researchers from Stanford Cancer Institute, an organization John has long supported, and members of the Menlo Park Labs biotech community.
