Want A Piece Of South Florida’s Soaring CRE Market? Come To Bisnow’s South Florida Construction And Development Boom Event On April 6
While many commercial real estate markets across the country continue to face an uncertain future, South Florida’s star continues to rise. The area’s hospitality occupancy has been described as off the charts, while the office market remains strong, driven by the scores of companies that are migrating to Florida for its beautiful weather and business-friendly tax policies.
Even the potential of raised interest rates doesn't seem to bother South Florida’s real estate professionals, with Jose A. Rodriguez, a real estate attorney and partner at Miami-based law firm Rennert Vogel Mandler & Rodriguez, telling Bisnow in February:
“Most other markets around the country are not experiencing the level of demand we are seeing in South Florida,” he said. “People are paying aggressive prices, but I’m not aware of any buyer that purchased in Miami-Dade County over the last 12 months that thinks it 'overpaid.'"
With a market this hot, where should inventors turn? How is new investment impacting the construction and development market? How have supply chain delays impacted the current and future pipeline? How are construction companies dealing with the labor shortage as they work to address the booming demand?
These questions and more will be answered at Bisnow’s April 6 event South Florida Construction and Development Boom. Click here to learn more, register for tickets or read about Bisnow’s Covid-19 regulations and protocols.
