Located within a free trade zone near the Florida Turnpike, the Palmetto Expressway and I-75, Beacon Logistics Park is a master-planned industrial development that will span over 1.3M SF upon completion. Building E features a nonshared truck court and has a building depth of 160 feet with a 60-foot speed bay. The industrial park was designed by RLC Architects.

Cargill, the largest privately held corporation in the U.S. by revenue, signed a lease for 70K SF in the 146K SF Building E last February. Cargill utilizes more than half its space for freezer use, with the remaining space for offices and cooler storage.

Codina Partners and USAA Real Estate announced they were breaking ground on the first building at Beacon Logistics Park in April 2019.
