Subway's Latin America, Caribbean Franchiser Inks Miami Headquarters Deal
DRA Advisors is getting a footlong in Miami.
The landlord has inked a 21K SF deal with Subway Latin America & Caribbean at its Doral Concourse office building, which is a stone's throw from Miami International Airport.
The deal means the franchise operator of Subway sandwich shops throughout Latin America and the Caribbean will be moving from its current offices at Airport Financial Center in Miami. Cushman & Wakefield Managing Director Gordon Messinger represented DRA, while Compass Senior Director Liz Hogan represented the tenant.
The Subway operation also plans to add to its headcount in coming months, from 65 to 100 employees, Cushman & Wakefield officials stated in a release. The six-story, 241K SF Doral Concourse office building is home to Marriott International, General Mills and Greenberg Traurig. In March, DRA secured the relocation with OnBoard Media's headquarters to Doral Concourse as well.
