  Corey Siegrist is a Managing Director in JLL's Midwest region.   Peter O’Toole

  For Peter O’Toole, a career in construction was a natural path. Inspired by his family’s connection to construction, he pursued hands-on experience, while simultaneously studying Construction Management at Illinois State University. Upon graduation, he took a job with a roofing and siding contractor. Peter began his career with Clune Construction in 2012 as an Assistant Project Manager. He started on smaller projects and gradually advanced to larger endeavors. During his tenure, Peter has been recognized for his ability to communicate openly with his team members to work through issues that arise during a project. He has advanced within Clune to become one of the firm’s Senior Project Managers in their Midwest region and was promoted to Senior Project Manager, Vice President in 2024. Among his most significant accomplishments is a large tenant improvement project in Louisville, KY, where he was tasked with an aggressive schedule and unfamiliar market. Peter’s success is attributed to his transparent communication, which ensured the seamless turnover of this project with collaboration from the entire team. Peter regularly volunteers at the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
