Post Brothers is hosting this year’s Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference East at Universal North, located in the DuPont Circle neighborhood of Northwest Washington D.C. The nationally known, large-scale multifamily real estate owner and developer officially entered the D.C. market this year with its $228MM acquisition of Universal North and South, two Class B office buildings totaling nearly 660,000 square feet that the firm will convert into $700MM worth of rental apartments.
