  With more than 14 years of experience, Ted Hill brings a unique and valuable skillset to the sponsorship team. His experience in commercial real estate spans all sectors, but has always been focused on value-add income capacity. Ted began his real estate career renovating single family homes in 2004 and graduated to commercial real estate in 2006. To date, he has participated in more than half a billion dollars in transaction volume as both a principal and broker. Ted has participated in ventures with clientele and investors ranging from small, high net worth individuals to $30+ billion dollar private equity groups. He has experience in brownfield redevelopment, rezoning, adaptive re-use development, bankrupted debt purchases, REO acquisitions, air rights trades, and M&A activity. Additionally, Ted holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Outside of work, Ted holds a leadership position at Forest Hill Church, Mission Forward, and Hiinga, Inc. He attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and studied abroad at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia.

  Andrew Rudy

  Andrew joined Ackman-Ziff in June 2023 as a Director. He is responsible for the structuring and execution of debt and equity transactions including debt financing, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, joint venture equity, and programmatic equity across a range of asset classes. Prior to joining Ackman-Ziff, Andrew was on the principal side at Strata Equity Group leading an industrial and retail investment vehicle where he was responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, conducting due diligence, capitalizing new investments, and asset management. Prior to Strata Equity Group, Andrew was at JLL in Los Angeles representing Kaiser Permanente across Southern California where he completed over 100 transactions across land acquisitions, build-to-suits, office acquisitions, and leasing. Prior to JLL, Andrew was an analyst at HFF in Washington, DC. Andrew has been involved in over $4.5 billion of acquisitions, refinancings, dispositions, and leasing activity. Andrew is a member of YJP – New York and UJA Federation of New York. Andrew is a graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, double majoring in Finance and Management, and was a captain of the men’s golf team.

  Lee McNeer

  Lee McNeer is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Lee is responsible for originating a broad range of multifamily mortgage products across the southeastern U.S. on behalf of the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA, with additional access to the firm’s proprietary capital sources and bridge loan capabilities. Lee has considerable experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. Since joining the company in 2013, he has successfully originated and closed more than $2.7 billion in debt financing. Previously, he was a director at Red Mortgage Capital LLC, where he served from 2004 to 2013 and was involved in the origination and closing of $1 billion in debt financing transactions. In that capacity, he provided permanent debt and equity capital solutions for owners and operators of multifamily communities in the southeastern and mid-Atlantic regions. Before Red Mortgage, he was a senior associate in the Personal Financial Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Lee has a Bachelor of Science in accounting magna cum laude with departmental honors from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. He is a nonpracticing certified public accountant. Lee is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs, the National Multifamily Housing Council, and the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association. He is also Board President of CORE Wrestling, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit, focused on teaching at-risk and privileged youth commitment and confidence to positively impact their communities.

  As CEO, Steve leads all aspects of The Spectrum Companies, implementing strategy, guiding team leaders, and overseeing the operations of its four service lines: Asset Management, Capital Management, Development, and Contract Services. A 16-year veteran of the company, Steve joined Spectrum’s commercial leasing team in 2004, then led its residential division for 10 years before being named Chief Operating Officer in January of 2017. Steve was the key leader in forming Spectrum’s new vision to become an evergreen company and establishing our mission to “change lives by creating special places.” He is responsible for ensuring team members are aligned and focused on living our vision and mission daily. Steve lives in Charlotte with his wife, Erin, and their two small children, Grace and Jack.

  David Klesper

  David Klepser is based out of Ram’s Charlotte, NC office and joined the company in 2014. He is responsible for managing the acquisition, development, construction, and asset management functions for the Carolinas. Mr. Klepser graduated from the College of William & Mary with a B.B.A. degree in 1997. Upon graduation, he worked for six years with the Investment Banking Group at First Union/Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities) in Charlotte, NC where he executed financing, recapitalization, and strategic advisory assignments. After completing his M.B.A. at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005, Mr. Klepser joined Grubb Properties in Charlotte, NC and worked in a variety of roles in the development, finance, investments, and brokerage divisions.

  Scott Williams

  Scott Williams manages the analytics and research that drives Lincoln Property Company’s development and acquisition businesses for the North and South Carolina offices and is also a member of the local development team. He is responsible for approvals of any principal risk that Lincoln takes across the platform and plays a lead role in Lincoln’ institutional capital relationships. Scott brings over 22 years of relevant work experience across various industries, which afford him a unique perspective on commercial real estate from idea genesis through divestment. Scott spent 16 years in fixed income sales and trading prior to joining Lincoln, where he worked as an investment banker, a structured bond trader, a product specialist, and a salesperson. He was head of structured trading for Wachovia/Wells Fargo’s international desk in London for two years and spent significant time overseas before and after that assignment.

  Jennifer Kurz

  Jennifer manages the leasing and marketing of nearly three million square feet of space in Trinity Partners’ office leasing portfolio, ranging from suburban office parks to downtown towers for respected institutional owners including AIG, KBS, ATCO, Shorenstein Properties, and Stiles She works closely with her owners, asset managers, and Trinity Partners leasing team to develop and execute meaningful, customized leasing strategies for her portfolio. Known for her business acumen and negotiating skills cultivated over her 18 years in the industry, Jennifer joined Trinity Partners in 2011 after time spent in one of the country’s most competitive commercial real estate markets – Washington, DC. There, she served as a Vice President with Woodmark, responsible for the lease-up of more than 1 million square feet of office space. Jennifer earned a degree in Finance at the University of Georgia, where she was a member of the varsity swim team that won two NCAA National Championships and three Southeastern Conference Championships.

  Sean Quinn

  Sean Quinn joined the Charlotte division of Clancy & Theys in 2022. He was brought on as a project executive for healthcare and life sciences and quickly promoted to Director of Operations and, most recently, Division Manager. As Division Manager, he oversees and directs construction operations in Charlotte and supports Clancy & Theys’ continued strategic growth. He is integral in strategic planning, execution, and team development for the Charlotte division. Sean is an accomplished leader with extensive knowledge of large-scale healthcare, mixed-use, education, and multifamily projects.
