  Angie Rodgers is the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Economic Development in the Office of Prince George’s County Executive Angela Alsobrooks. She provides leadership and oversight to 10 County-chartered, quasi- and independent agencies focused on economic development projects, affordable housing, parks & planning, tourism, small business growth, employment/workforce development, and arts. With a track record of executing mixed finance transactions and large-scale development projects, Rodgers joined the Office of the County Executive from the District of Columbia where she most recently served as the Chief of Staff to the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED). Previously, she was the Director of the New Communities Initiative (NCI) in DMPED where she was responsible for the redevelopment of four public housing neighborhoods with a development potential up to 6,000 residential units, 100,000 square feet of commercial space and a $2 billion valuation. Possessing a diverse background in affordable housing, real estate finance, policy research and public advocacy, Rodgers is adept at collaborating with regional and national stakeholders to implement innovative solutions to community challenges.

  Feras Qumseya

  Feras Qumseya is the Chief Development Officer at Standard Communities where he leads the New Construction division, a national platform focused on leveraging 4% LIHTC financing to build new dedicated affordable housing in major metropolitan areas. Mr. Qumseya has nearly 20 years of real estate and economic development experience, having directed the feasibility, planning, and development of large-scale mixed-use communities and landmark urban revitalization masterplans. He has transformed deteriorated public housing into attractive new mixed-income, mixed-use communities that blend public, affordable, and market rate homes. Feras’ repertoire of financing vehicles includes complex transactions combining private financing with highly competitive local and federal government financing resources. He served as the Mayor’s Founding Director for D.C.’s Saint Elizabeths Redevelopment initiative, one of the largest urban redevelopments in the country, totaling over 180 acres. He currently serves as co-chair of Urban Land Institute Washington Housing Initiatives Council. He was appointed by Fairfax County Board of Supervisor Chairman Jeff McKay to serve on the Fairfax County Affordable Housing Preservation Task Force and was also appointed by Prince George’s County Board of Supervisor Chairman Calvin Hawkins on the county’s Housing Opportunities for All Workgroup. Mr. Qumseya received an MS in Information Systems Technology, Construction Management Systems from The George Washington University School of Business. He holds a BA in Economics and Management and International Relations from Beloit College. He is based out of Standard’s Washington, D.C. office.

  Timothy Hogan

  Timothy Hogan is a 20-year veteran of the real estate industry, with specialized experience in financing, acquisition and disposition, and the redevelopment and repositioning of land assets. Founded in 1985, Hogan celebrated its 30th year in business in 2015, and is known as the pre-eminent land consulting, advisory, and brokerage firm in the State of Maryland. In addition to his responsibilities as President, Mr. Hogan manages Hogan’s land investment platform where Hogan acquires and develops for its own account and on behalf of its investors. Mr. Hogan supervises all land transactions, land acquisition and assemblage, supervision of zoning and entitlements, engineering and permitting, and budget management. His many land development projects span several real estate sectors to include residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and mixed use, as well as affordable housing. Hogan acts as development manager on approximately 50 real estate development projects across 9 different jurisdictions in the Washington DC metro area and one residential PUD in the Carolinas. Mr. Hogan holds a B.S. in Finance from the RH Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland College Park where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was nominated as the Commencement Speaker. He is an active member of the Economic Club of Washington, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mr. Hogan has been with Hogan since 1999. Prior to joining the Hogan, Mr. Hogan worked with Rodgers Consulting in Montgomery County, Maryland and Ridgecrest Investments in Frederick, Maryland.

  Chris Grant works at the intersection of real estate, private equity, and technology with a mission to increase access for communities who have historically had the least.    Chris is the founder of Yoke Management Partners, a diversified real estate investment firm with a focus on affordable housing in the DMV, and the co-founder of Purview, a technology platform that simplifies responsible finance.    Previously, Chris was an investment manager at Blueprint Local focused on opportunity zone investments across the Southeast region. Chris structured mixed-use development investments with an aggregate asset value over $820M. Before that, Chris worked in Oakland, CA with Radicle Impact Partners, a leading impact-focused venture capital firm and in Washington, DC with Promontory Financial Group, now an IBM Company. Chris serves on the Local Initiatives Support Corporation’s Emerging Leaders Council (LISC ELC) and the investment committee of Ignite Capital, a $4M social impact investment fund offering seed financing for Baltimore-based social enterprises led by historically underserved entrepreneurs. Chris, a 2021 Forbes 30 Under 30 lister in the Finance Class, received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his bachelor’s degree from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Chris was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and currently resides in Prince George's County with his wife, daughter, and dog.

  Julia Stevenson leads Langdon Park Capital's investment activities across the United States and has direct responsibility for the firm's acquisition strategies. Stevenson is deeply involved in sourcing, capitalizing, and structuring new investment opportunities. She is also responsible for growing and maintaining key relationships across LPC’s footprint. Stevenson sits on Langdon Park Capital's Investment Committee and is based in the firm’s Washington, DC office. Stevenson has nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate development and finance. Prior to joining Langdon Park Capital, Stevenson deployed capital for LISC Strategic Investments, the impact fund management platform for the Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC). At LISC Strategic Investments she had a national footprint and established relationships across several affiliate and subsidiary entities of LISC during her tenure. Prior to LISC, she was Vice President of Investments at Banneker Ventures, a Black-owned real estate company based in the DMV. Her responsibilities included underwriting support to development managers, capitalization of development deals, and oversight of the company's overall cost of capital and debt strategy. Stevenson’s primary role as VP of Banneker Capital (a to be formed related entity) required her to establish the foundation for an impact-focused investment management platform. Prior to Banneker, she was a senior Portfolio Manager in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Eagle Bank, where she oversaw a $400 million portfolio of commercial real estate loans and underwrote debt transactions across all property types and stages of development: construction and pre-construction, commercial, multifamily, single-family, land development and bridge financing. She began her career in commercial real estate development as an Assistant Project Manager for Gotham Development (based in DC and Baltimore) before joining Howard County Housing (now Department of Housing and Community Development) as an Associate in Development Finance and Project Management. Stevenson serves as a Director on the Boards for the DC Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP). She is also an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and an engaged supporter of the Urban Land Institute. Stevenson received her Masters of Science in Finance from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and her Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Brown University.

  Mr. Roud joined St. John Properties in 2009.   David Iannucci

  David S. Iannucci is the President and CEO of the Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) with a passion for business growth and expansion. Often referring to economic development as the foundation of wealth creation upon which community benefits are built upon, Iannucci is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in Prince George's County and works diligently to do so daily. Mr. Iannucci has played a prominent role in economic development projects across the state of Maryland, including leading the County's effort to develop the 2013 Strategic Plan for Economic Development under which the County ascended to the rank of #1 in job growth in the State of Maryland. He was also intricately involved in the updated 2022 Strategic Plan for Economic Development which will be published later this year. As the head of the Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation, Mr. Iannucci oversees the County’s $50 million Economic Development Incentive Fund, which has leveraged over $1.1 Billion in private sector investments and has played a prominent role with the County’s key initiatives such as the pursuit of the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation headquarters, the opening of the brand new, state of the art University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center, and multiple Transit Oriented Development projects including the economic expansion around the Blue Line Corridor and the future Purple Line. Appointed by County Executive Angela Alsobrooks, Mr. Iannucci previously served under former County Executive Rushern Baker, III as the Assistant Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Economic Development where he oversaw the activities of EDC, FSC First, and the Conference and Visitors Bureau. In both his current position and former position, he directs Prince George’s County’s efforts to retain and support the existing business community. In his 45-year career, Mr. Iannucci has served in many positions within state and local government. His previous positions include Secretary of the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development, Executive Director of the Baltimore County Department of Economic Development, and under former Maryland Governor William Donald Schaefer, Chief Legislative Officer. Mr. Iannucci is a 1979 graduate of the University of Maryland School Of Law, a member of the Maryland Bar, and a 1974 graduate of the University of Maryland College Park. David S. Iannucci is also a former President of the Maryland Economic Development Association and is a member of the MEDA Hall of Fame.   LeVar Crooms currently holds the esteemed position of Market President at United Bank, where he oversees the Arlington and Alexandria markets. In this role, his responsibilities encompass strategically driving both commercial and retail production while ensuring the profitability and sustained growth of these markets. Crooms plays a pivotal leadership role in managing public relations efforts for Arlington and Alexandria, while also representing United Bank in the community through active participation in civic affairs and professional organizations. Before joining United Bank, Crooms spent a decade at M&T Bank, where he served as Senior Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Finance Division. During his tenure, he successfully financed over $2 billion worth of residential and commercial projects in the Greater Washington DC area. His clientele ranged from institutional to middle-market and family office companies. Crooms's exceptional performance was consistently acknowledged, earning him the President's Council Sales Award four times within M&T Bank's Commercial Banking Division. His leadership and contributions to the Greater Washington community were further recognized with prestigious accolades including the 2022 Washington Business Journal 40 under 40 and the 2023 Northern Virginia Leadership Center for Excellence 40 under 40 awards. Crooms embarked on his professional journey at BB&T in 2006, where he completed the commercial credit training program. Within two years, he rose to manage a team of eleven before progressing to a portfolio manager, and ultimately a relationship manager. Beyond his professional endeavors, LeVar is actively engaged in various boards and committees. He serves as a Board Member of NAIOP (National Association for Industrial and Office Parks) Northern Virginia chapter since 2020, contributing his expertise to the Education Committee. He was recently appointed to the Board of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington, the nation’s largest organization that teaches young people about work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Previously, he held board positions with the Urban Financial Services Coalition DMV Chapter (2016-2019) and the Dr. William T.
