Bob Murphy is the Managing Principal for MRP Realty. He has over 34 years of experience in commercial real estate operations, ownership and investment. He joined Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in 1987, managing the firm’s regional operations for many years as Principal. Bob’s last role with TCC was area president of the development and investment group in the Mid-Atlantic where Bob and his team completed $1.8B of investments totaling over 10 million square feet. He co-founded MRP Realty (MRP) in 2005, capitalizing on his in-depth knowledge of Mid-Atlantic real estate markets, extensive network of capital relationships, and his reputation as a collaborative and creative partner to drive the firm. Under Bob’s leadership, MRP has deployed nearly $7.8B of office, residential/mixed-use and industrial developments and acquisition investments with an active pipeline totaling over 8 million square feet. He has actively participated in leadership roles at NAIOP and ULI and at various charitable activities during his career; currently serving on the board of Habitat for Humanity of Washington D.C. Mr. Oliver T. Carr, III has been the President and Chief Executive Officer at Carr Properties Holdings LP since 2004. Mr. Carr co-founded Carr Capital Corporation in 1994 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until 2005. He was responsible for managing Carr Capital, and led managing major acquisitions and financial transactions at the firm. Mr. Carr served as a Director of WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc. and its subsidiary WashingtonFirst Bank from December 2012 to May 17, 2013. He served as an Independent Director of Alliance Bankshares Corporation since July 2007. Greg Meyer serves as the Washington, DC Regional Head for Brookfield Properties, which consists of 7 million square feet located in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia and suburban Maryland. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing day-to- day operations of Brookfield’s Greater DC portfolio. In his 28 year career, Mr. Meyer has held executive level positions with Equity Office Properties, Trammell Crow Company and Penzance Company. Mr. Meyer holds a BA degree from Hamilton College and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School. Gary is the Chief Investment Officer and a Partner of Meridian. Gary is responsible for acquisitions, capital activities and investor relations.  He also serves as Chair of the Investment Committee. Gary led the fundraising and investing efforts of Meridian Realty Partners I and II, Meridian’s discretionary private equity funds raised in 2012 and 2016. Between these two funds, Gary has completed in excess of $2.5 billion in investments with over $1 billion of equity in 15 transactions. With over 30 years of industry experience, Gary represented Meridian in its first 3 years of investments as a partner at Vinson & Elkins LLP in Washington, DC. Hilary Allard Goldfarb is Senior Vice President and Regional Development Officer, Mid-Atlantic Region for Rockefeller Group. In this role, Ms. Goldfarb leads the company’s Mid-Atlantic Region, with primary responsibility for growing the company’s development portfolio through the sourcing of office, multifamily and mixed-use projects, adding to the company’s current development pipeline of approximately 17 million square feet. Paul joined AREP in June 2018 as Principal and Chief Operating Officer for the Company and brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining AREP, Paul was the President and COO of Brookfield Property Partners' US Office division and had responsibility for the company's $27 billion, 60 million square foot portfolio. During his tenure at Brookfield and predecessor companies, he oversaw the leasing of over 30 million square feet across all markets. He managed over 700 employees and an annual operating budget in excess of $1 billion in NOI. As Senior Vice President of Design and Construction, Bonnie Pulise is responsible for managing the company’s development and construction divisions. She is responsible for leading the design and construction of all project types including residential, commercial, retail, federal and medical. In this capacity, she serves to define and manage the aesthetic brand for all Lerner interiors and ensure compliance to this very high standard of trophy and luxury class assets within the commercial, residential and retail portions of the portfolio. Her valuable insight and expertise are utilized to manage the design process for all projects, as evidenced in several successful trophy class LEED certified commercial and retail developments, including 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard, 1775 Tysons Boulevard, Fallsgrove Plaza, Dulles 28 Centre and Nokes Plaza. Greg Fitchitt joined The Howard Hughes Corporation (HHC) as Vice President, Development in 2013. In 2014 Greg relocated to Maryland to focus on the development of Downtown Columbia, a 14 million square foot mixed use development plan to transform the suburban town center of the acclaimed master planned community into a 21st century urban village. Most recently Greg led the efforts over the past 2 years resulting in the Howard County Council’s approval in November 2016 of a $90 million TIF for public infrastructure and a comprehensive plan for affordable housing in Downtown Columbia. Before joining HHC, Greg completed nine shopping center redevelopments as a developer for Westfield on the west coast, including leading the development efforts for Westfield UTC in La Jolla, CA, obtaining entitlements for a $1.0 billion LEED Gold mixed-use revitalization, and completing the $180 million first phase in 2012. Together the Westfield projects completed under Greg’s direction represented over $530 million in investment. Greg holds a BA in Philosophy from Pomona College and an MBA from UCLA. In addition to his professional activities, Greg served for ten years on the boards of non-profit affordable housing developers in California. He currently serves as president of the Downtown Columbia Partnership and on the Howard County Chamber of Commerce board. Mr. Snider is Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Asset Management for JBG SMITH overseeing the company’s office portfolio. Mr. Snider has over 14 years’ experience working in real estate development, investments and asset management and has overseen the development of office, residential and retail assets. Prior to joining The JBG Companies in 2006, Mr. Snider worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Friedman Billings Ramsey where he participated in over $750 million of real estate capital markets transactions. Mr. Snider is a Trustee Emeritus and former Chair of the Board of Trustees at Washington Episcopal School in Bethesda, Maryland. Mukang Cho founded Morning Calm Management and is the firm’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Principal. Prior to joining Morning Calm Management, Mr. Cho was Chief Executive Officer and Principal of In-Rel Properties, a Managing Principal in charge of real estate strategy at Crown Capital Management and its affiliates, and a partner in the real estate practice group of Kirkland & Ellis. He began his career as a corporate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and then served as a principal of Trifecta, a distress focused middle market investment firm. In his capacities as principal and advisor, Mr. Cho has successfully completed hundreds of transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $100 billion. Mr. Cho is a member of the President’s Council of The Real Estate Roundtable and the Cornell Real Estate Council. Steven A. Grigg is President and Chief Executive Officer of Republic Properties Corporation, and was a co-founder with Mr. Kramer. Previously, Mr. Grigg served as Senior Vice President of Western Development Corporation and he was a partner with Mr. Kramer before founding Republic Properties. Successful completion of several major development efforts by Western in the Washington, D.C. market are attributed to Mr. Grigg’s ability to successfully negotiate and resolve issues critical to public private partnerships; most notably Market Square, Washington Harbour, Republic Square and The Portals. Prior to joining Western Development in 1985, Mr. Grigg was Vice President of Development for Blake Construction Company, where he was responsible for a variety of office and other projects. Andrew Leahy joined WashREIT in November 2014 and serves as Vice President, Investments. In this role he oversees the firm’s Investment activity (Acquisitions & Dispositions) across asset classes: Office, Retail, & Multifamily. Prior to joining WashREIT, Andrew was Senior Director, National Office Acquisitions at Rockefeller Group Investment Management Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing real estate investments in major US markets. From 2004 to 2010, Andrew worked in Acquisitions at Fidelity Real Estate Group, a unit of Fidelity Investments investing in multiple asset classes throughout the US on behalf of a series of closed-end, value-add funds. Adrienne has over 15 years of commercial construction experience with expertise in interior and renovation construction. Zach Wade has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and project leasing and has led the company in over $500 million of office acquisitions since joining MRP Realty in 2006. During this time, he also played a major role in MRP’s coworking affiliate company, MAKE Offices, where he served as CEO and treasurer until April 2020. Prior to joining MRP, Zach was Director of Acquisitions for the Mid-Atlantic region of NPV/Direct Invest, an operating partner of Lehman Brothers, and was directly responsible for the acquisition of office and warehouse properties valuing over $120 million. While at Trammell Crow Company, Zach leased over two million square feet of office space in Northern Virginia. He is an Executive Committee Member for the Washington Real Estate Group. Zach received a B.A. in Economics and Communications Studies from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.

Anthony Chang is the Managing Director for Stream’s Northern Virginia Office. Anthony will lead strategic direction and operations, with primary responsibilities to include expanding Stream’s leasing, property management, acquisition, and development services while building Stream’s brand presence in Northern Virginia. Prior to Stream, Anthony was a Vice President at WashREIT where, among his accomplishments he co-founded its flexible office program Space+. Prior to WashREIT, he was a leasing broker with Cassidy Turley where he added more than 2.5 million square feet in agency listings in less than three years. Throughout his career, Chang has executed or advised on over $800 million in lease transactions. Austin Flajser is in charge of day-to-day operations of The Carr Companies with over 40 executive suite, hotel, commercial and retail assets under management in 8 markets across the country. These assets account for over $180M in annual operating revenue and over $200M of new projects currently in the development pipeline. Austin received his Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University, his Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University and his Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.

Ryan Riel has been working in Commercial Real Estate with EagleBank for more than 20 years and currently oversees EagleBank’s CRE Lending function and its 50+ employees. During his tenure at EagleBank he has worn several hats, and participated in the origination of more than $3 billion in real estate transactions of all shapes and sizes across the DC region. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from West Virginia University and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the EagleBank Foundation and at The Children’s Inn @ NIH.

Michael is the Vice President of Real Estate and Development at Convene. Michael has a diverse background that includes working with landlords, private sector tenants, and state and local governments to successfully negotiate more than three million square feet of commercial office leases. He studied for his Masters in Real Estate Finance at Georgetown University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University. He spends his volunteer time working on disability issues and sits on the National Board of Trustees for United Cerebral Palsy.

Steve Smith joined Cooper Carry in 1986 and was named a Principal in 2005. Devoted to the design of multi-tenant office buildings and office campuses, Steve has completed many complex projects during his tenure at Cooper Carry, primarily in mixed-use, office and corporate facilities. A number of Steve’s projects have received recognition including his work on the NASA Langley Research Center Headquarters in Hampton, Virginia which received the 2012 NASA Blue Marble Award for Excellence in Energy and Water Management. Steve is a member of several organizations including the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA). He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and is a registered architect.

Christian Zazzali joined HITT in 1999 and has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. As part of HITT Interiors, he specializes in renovations and build-outs. Christian Zazzali is the leader responsible for the overall success of this project. He reports to Executive Vice President Brian Kriz. Christian ensures project success through monitoring client satisfaction, team effectiveness, and resource allocation, as well as the project’s financial, quality, safety and schedule goals. He oversees preconstruction and budgeting services, subcontractor procurement, change management, and closeout services.

Julia is the founder and CEO of Hera Hub DC, a professional work and meeting space for women business owners in the Washington DC Metro area. Craig Panzirer joined Global Holdings Management Group (US) Inc. in 2017 as Senior Vice President – Director of Leasing. Since acquiring Washington Harbour in 2018, Global Holdings has continued to invest in the property, keeping it at the forefront of the Georgetown and DC submarkets. More recently, the renewal of major office tenant Foley Lardner for 95,000 rsf confirms the Washington Harbour’s continued role as a thriving, mixed-use destination steps away from historic Georgetown. Global Holdings also has plans to enhance the tenant only fitness center and has created Harbourtown, an elevated prebuilt concept with waterfront views.

Mr. Preis (along with a good team) is responsible for Gould Property Company’s downtown Washington, DC development activities and supervision of existing holdings. Since joining Gould in 1997, Garrett has been involved with, and/or directed, the development of about 2 million SF of downtown projects including: the mixed-use complex at Market Square North (office/residential), the design, entitlement and sale of 1616 Rhode Island Avenue (a PUD), the complicated acquisition, design and entitlement of 900 New York Avenue at CityCenter, and 600 Massachusetts Avenue. Valerie Kelly is a real estate partner in Fried Frank's Washington, DC office. She joined the Firm in 2007.
