Events Raw Space

The Deal Company, one of the three original co-developers of Sawyer Yards, presents 1512 Center Street, a stunning redevelopment of the original Bosworth Paper Company building, circa 1927. In the heart of Sawyer Yards, Houston's Arts District, 1512 Center offers sweeping, light-filled views of Downtown Houston through floor to ceiling industrial grid windows. Dealco has preserved the existing structure, and added an additional 24,000 square feet of new construction space, creating a perfect union of vintage and new, an inspiring space for thinkers, makers, and doers.
