  As a Co-founder in 1992, and currently the Director of Environmental Impact at MIRATECH Corporation, Jim provides leadership, strategy and product design expertise for their Power Generation division. Jim rejoined Miratech Corporation in 2019 heading up the ENP Concepts consulting arm after management positions at Rypos Corporation and leading the environmental department at PowerSecure’s microgrid group. In charge of tracking all Federal, State and Local emissions regulations as they pertain to backup generators located at Datacenters in North America and Europe, he ensures MIRATECH’s products and services offer ongoing compliance. Mr. McDonald has testified before the Federal EPA numerous times and is considered a valuable stakeholder on several rulemaking teams at the State Level. For 15 years he has been an instructor for the Advanced School of the Electrical Generating Systems Association on the subject of Emissions from Diesel engines and has authored the textbook chapter on the same. He has a Patent Pending on the use of wire mesh DPF substrates in the pre-heating of SCR catalyst blocks. As the originator of the ‘GVU’ measurement parameter, Jim performs analyses to show the relative comparison on Ultraclean diesel generators versus grid supplied power. As such he advocates for the environmentally justifiable use of stationary generators until emerging renewable technologies are proven and cost effective. Jim holds a B.S in mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.

  In his role as President of NSW PEP, Fred leads the team responsible for Data Center Solutions (Power, Cooling, Channel Products) for Northern California, Northern Nevada, Hawaii and Guam. Prior to NSW PEP, Fred was with Vertiv for nearly 18 years. As Sr. Technical Director, Thermal Solutions, Fred served as the corporate technical interface for large end-users and consulting engineers who specialized in mission critical thermal designs. A key function of that role was to provide input on product development based on customer needs and market demands. Prior to that, in the OEM group, Fred worked with OEMs and end-users to gain adoption of existing Liebert Products as well as create specifications for new products. Before his OEM role, Fred was Director of Sales and Marketing for Cooligy. Cooligy designed and manufactured chip level liquid cooling solutions for OEMs. Fred has served on several Industry groups; The Green Grid, Open Compute Project and Open19 (now called Sustainable & Scalable Infrastructure Alliance (SSIA)).   Jason Roth, Principal Technology Director specializes in critical environment decontamination, training, consulting and auditing of cleanroom aseptic operations and management. Jason holds technology patents and is actively engaged in the contamination control field for more than 25 years. He has extensive experience in the areas of cleanroom operations, training, technical writing, strategic consulting and process optimization. He is a member of the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technologies (IEST), National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), and the University of Central Florida’s Industrial Affiliates Program for cleanroom alliance. Jason has been published many times in areas relating to critical environment technologies and has also served as Chairman for the cleanroom testing, cleaning, standards and risk analysis sessions from 2013 - 2016. Previously, she was a Principal and Director at Teladata, a low voltage technology consulting firm focusing on design and project management services in the commercial and data center space for 18 years. Maricel has been a key player in the development of Infrastructure Masons from its inception in March of 2016, including the IM inaugural networking event and the first IM Leadership Summit. She accepted an Infrastructure Masons board position in October of 2016 as the Treasurer and also supports events, membership and fundraising efforts. She has held leadership positions in numerous industry organizations including the founding of AFCOM and 7X24 Northern California Chapters.
