  Jeff DeVuono

  Jeff DeVuono is the Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director of Brandywine Realty Trust’s Pennsylvania Division. Mr. DeVuono joined Brandywine Realty Trust in January of 1997. Prior to Brandywine Realty Trust, Mr. DeVuono worked for LCOR, Inc., a private development company that had a previous association with Brandywine, where he held a variety of positions, all of which related to asset management. Before joining LCOR, Mr. DeVuono was a sales and leasing representative for Cushman & Wakefield of Philadelphia. Mr. DeVuono currently serves on the Board, and is a former Chairman, of the King of Prussia District and is a Board Member of the Center City District (CCD). He is also a member of CoreNet, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Sunday Breakfast Club, and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School Samuel Zell and Robert Lurie Real Estate Center. He is a Trustee and Master Planning Committee Member of The Westtown School and is a Master Planning Committee Member of Waynesborough Country Club. Past Boards include the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, University City District, Bartram’s Garden, and The Center for Emerging Visual Artists.

  Brian is one of two Managing Directors responsible for Ensemble’s East Coast development and investments (in partnership with Mark Seltzer), and he is a member of the Leadership Team. Brian is passionate about creating sustainable projects that enhance lives and currently guides the planning and development at the Navy Yard in Philadelphia and other properties in the region. Prior to Ensemble, he spent 19 years in several key roles for Liberty Property Trust, most recently as Vice President and Market Officer of Liberty Property Trust’s Philadelphia office where he had P&L responsibility for a 4.5 million square foot portfolio of urban office, industrial and flex space, including the Navy Yard. Brian obtained a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker’s License.

  Chris Caltabiano

  Chris Caltabiano joined Shorenstein in 2016, and is responsible for overseeing asset management activities and developing and executing investment strategies for a portfolio of the company’s assets located in Atlanta and Pittsburgh. Prior to joining Shorenstein, Mr. Caltabiano was a vice president at AIG Global Real Estate where he was responsible for sourcing new equity investments and managing the East Coast asset management team. Prior to AIGGRE, Mr. Caltabiano served as an associate for Rockwood Real Estate Advisors, and as an analyst and consultant at Bloomberg Financial Markets. Mr. Caltabiano graduated from St. Johns University with a B.S., and from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate with an M.S. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and a frequent lecturer on real estate, corporate finance, valuation and risk management at the New York Institute of Finance, Technical University of Berlin and University of Amsterdam. His research on these subjects has been published in the Real Estate Review.

  Brian Rosen

  Brian Rosen joined Accesso Partners, LLC in August, 2013 as Managing Director, Acquisitions. He is responsible for identifying and executing new investment opportunities for the company, and is tasked with overseeing its acquisitions process. He works closely with senior management in developing the company’s acquisition strategy. Previously, Brian was a Principal at Investcorp in New York City and a member of its Real Estate Group where he had senior level responsibility for acquisitions and asset management across all major property classes. Earlier, he was an associate specializing in acquisitions for Lend Lease Real Estate Investment. Brian earned a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania.

  Douglas Rodio

  Mr. Rodio is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the Philadelphia office alongside senior managing director Mark Thomson, who has served as an office head since the opening of the Philadelphia office in December 2013. Additionally, Mr. Rodio focuses on office investment sales in Greater Philadelphia and throughout the northeastern United States. During the course of his more than 13-year commercial real estate career, Mr. Rodio has been involved in more than 200 investment sale and financing assignments covering a wide range of office, industrial, retail and multi-housing totaling more than $6 billion in volume and 30 million square feet. Mr. Rodio joined HFF in July 2016. He was previously with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where he was a managing director and co-head of the Philadelphia Capital Markets Group. Priorto joining JLL in 2010, Mr. Rodio held senior office investment sales positions at CBRE and Marcus & Millichap where he was consistently a top producer. He was elected to the National Board of Directors for NAIOP in 2014 and is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Rodio has served as a guest lecturer at the Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate at Villanova University and attended Penn State University where he was a member of the varsity baseball team.
