Prior to joining Carr Properties in 2016, Eric was a Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group of Eastdil Secured / Wells Fargo Securities advising public REITs. Eric began his career in the Assurance & Business Advisory group at Arthur Andersen LLP.   Steven A. Grigg is President and Chief Executive Officer of Republic Properties Corporation, and was a co-founder with Mr. Kramer. Previously, Mr. Grigg served as Senior Vice President of Western Development Corporation and he was a partner with Mr. Kramer before founding Republic Properties. Successful completion of several major development efforts by Western in the Washington, D.C. market are attributed to Mr. Grigg’s ability to successfully negotiate and resolve issues critical to public private partnerships; most notably Market Square, Washington Harbour, Republic Square and The Portals. Prior to joining Western Development in 1985, Mr. Grigg was Vice President of Development for Blake Construction Company, where he was responsible for a variety of office and other projects. Additionally, he spearheaded marketing and bidding new construction projects in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, Florida, Georgia, California, Maryland and Virginia. Mr. Grigg holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from the University of Illinois. He is a licensed and registered architect in the District of Columbia and several states. Mr. Grigg is a past President of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association and a past Chairman of the Washington Metropolitan Builders’ Council.

  D’Juan O’Donald’s career has spanned Commercial Real Estate, Distressed/Special Situations, Structured Finance, Institutional Investment Management and Capital Markets. D’Juan sits in JPMorgan’s Commercial & Investment Bank and currently spearheads a new platform to manage, and maximize value of, a national portfolio of large-scale, distressed and undervalued properties. Previously, D’Juan was responsible for investment strategy, acquisitions, redevelopments, and dispositions across JPMorgan’s balance sheet-owned real estate & REO portfolio ($20B). Prior to JPMC, he was sourced and executed equity, debt, and structured capital solutions ($2B) in the private market for institutional and middle market investors at Ackman Ziff. Before Ackman Ziff, he was employed by H/2 Capital Partners ($12B AUM international fund manager). While at H/2, D’Juan underwrote, managed, sourced, structured, and acquired CMBS, CDOs, senior mortgages, NPL’s, corporate loans, secondary equity fund LP interests and net-leased real estate, plus participated in investor relations activities. D’Juan began his career at LNR Property Corporation, a subsidiary of Starwood Property Trust, in the Real Estate Investment Management, Finance & Servicing Group, where he amassed a breadth and depth of experience by remaining active in every part of the economic cycle by rotating through each revenue generating business unit.   As Managing Director and a member of the DC region’s senior leadership team, Andy Eichberg is responsible for leading the regional brokerage platform; providing senior leadership across other regional business lines; further establishing the Stream brand throughout the Mid-Atlantic; and executing various principal and service-related undertakings and assignments. Andy has more than 25 years of experience in the DC commercial real estate industry, the majority of which has been dedicated to the leasing, acquisition and asset management of institutional-grade office buildings. Prior to joining Stream, Andy served as Managing Director for Tishman Speyer where he oversaw the leasing and marketing efforts for Tishman Speyer’s 4.0M square foot Washington, DC real estate portfolio.   Mr. Dooley originally joined Tishman Speyer in 2001 to lead its regional leasing efforts in the DC Metro area. Since rejoining in 2019, he has been responsible for leading leasing and asset strategy for our DC Metro portfolio and our expansion markets in the Southeast: Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham and Nashville. Prior to rejoining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Dooley was the Chief Operating Officer with Carr Properties where he ran their Leasing, Marketing, Property Management, Asset Management and Construction Management groups. With over 35 years of experience in real estate, Mr. Dooley has also held roles with Trammell Crow, JMB Realty Corporation, LaSalle Partners/JLL and Savills.  Mr. Dooley currently serves on the board of CREBA, the regional association for commercial real estate brokers.  He is also active on the programs committee with CoreNet.   Evan Behr is one of the leaders of JLL’s DC Agency Leasing team, who solely focus their attention on the representation of DC’s downtown office building owners. Evan joined JLL in March 2012 and co-heads, along with Doug Mueller, an agency portfolio currently totaling approximately 10 million square feet of DC office buildings in various product types and locations.   Kyle Schoppmann serves as the President of CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Division, which includes offices in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
