It's Family Fishing Week in Ontario, and we asked you to send in your best fishing pics. Colliers AVP Chris Fyvie reeled in this impressive large mouth bass two weekends ago on Stoney Lake. He's currently working with technology and media tenants to find cool loft and office spaces for their creative companies, like Wattpad, which inked a deal for 17k SF on two floors at 36 Wellington St E.
BMO Real Estate Finance director and commercial mortgage underwriter Chris Green took his son David fishing on Apsley Lake in the Kawarthas last summer and hauled in this spirited nine-pound pike. "What a fight," he recalls. "It thought it was a 40-pound laker." Chris tells us he's been working high volumes of low-ticket items. But he's keeping an eye on office markets in Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary, where the arrival of significant inventory is creating large absorption requirements for landlords of older spaces.
