Groundbreaking for Spectrum SQ

Dirt will turn onMay 23 at Spectrum Square, on arestaurant campus and Phase 1 of the office development.This is 134k SF of 1.3M SF total that will include six buildings--all proposed LEED Gold.
The Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan master community project will be located in the existing Airport Corporate Centre, nearPearson International Airport. It'll be a $300M, 33-acre complex (well thought out price, or sticky 3" on the keyboard?).Retail deals are in place. Spectrum will mix office and social space with almost 61k SF of restaurants. Phase 1 should finish byQ3 2014 and the restaurant area by Q1 2014.
