Lamb On Leslieville
Brad Lamb may be a residential specialist, but the head of Lamb Realty and Lamb Development Corphas an appreciation for the mutually supportive relationship between condos and employment spaces. "Leslieville is a genuine, gritty mix of live and work," Brad says. Until recently, the rapidly gentrifying area was prime for loft conversions. Brad thinks that phase is done in part because brick-and-beam buildings available for office space are getting scarce citywide. (The Three Little Pigs taught us not to make office space out of straw or sticks.) "There isn't a lot left in Leslieville and demand for what remains is growing," he says.
