Slate Office REIT Sells Milton Industrial Property for $22.5M

Slate Office REIT has sold 505 Industrial Dr in Milton to to an undisclosed purchaser for $22.5M. The property—a 259k SF one-storey office-warehouse building on a 10.7-acre site at the northeast corner of Industrial Drive and Hannant Court—is 100% occupied by Northern Group Retail, a Canadian-based specialty apparel retailer with 250 locations in North America whose banners include Northern Reflections. The REIT said the deal is consistent with its “stated growth strategy and focus on office assets.”
