Avison Young Opens First Office in Mexico, More Planned
Why do these guys look so happy? Because they’ve just launched Avison Young’s Mexico City office. That’s managing director Guillermo Sepulveda (right), formerly DTZ’s Mexico and Latin America chief, and Emile Sarraf, previously his COO at DTZ, now SVP at Avison Young's Mexico outpost. This is the first of several offices planned for that country and the next step in an aggressive expansion that’s seen AY grow from 11 to 73 offices in 65 markets and 2,000 employees in just over six years. “You can’t fully service multinational clients in North America without the Mexican piece of the puzzle,” says CEO Mark Rose.
