Dream Co-Founder Michael Cooper Takes Full Control Of Firm

Dream Unlimited Corp co-founder and president Michael Cooper said this morning he and his company, Sweet Dream Corp, are acquiring Dream, having reached an agreement to buy the more than 3 million Class B common shares owned by co-founder/chair Ned Goodman and his company, Caylee Development Corp. Michael (above centre) praised Ned for lending him his credibility when the pair launched Dream in 1994, following a severe real estate recession, and vowed to do his best to increase its value, “as we have since the company was created.”
