BOMA Honours Building And Management Excellence
The Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Toronto marked its 100th anniversary with its annual Celebration of Excellence Gala at the Sheraton Centre on May 25.
More than 600 industry professionals attended BOMA Toronto's 19th annual awards event, which honours building and management excellence in the commercial real estate industry in several categories.
Emceed by Michael “Pinball” Clemons, the awards included the TOBY for The Outstanding Building of the Year. Those receiving TOBYs were selected for demonstrating excellence in real estate management practises.
TOBY winners included 165 Commerce Valley Drive West (Office Building under 100K SF), 483 Bay St. (Office Building from 500K to 1M SF), King James Place (Historic Building) and Cloverdale Mall (Shopping Centre).
An after-party celebrating BOMA Toronto’s 100th birthday followed the gala.
