Don Wood, the CEO and president of Federal Realty Investment Trust, sits down with Baker Tilly's Todd Stokes for another edition of BisnowTV's interview series with prominent developers.

Wood was raised in New Jersey, worked for Donald Trump in the 1980s and has been running one of the country's most prominent mixed-use, retail real estate investment trusts for the last 15 years.
