Industry Icon to Spill the Beans
The opportunity to get on stage and talk about an icon on the Vancouver commericial real estate scene is challenging enough. The fact you are talking about your father, that can be a little more intimidating. Beedie Development Group prez Ryan Beedie has been given that task, leading the NAIOP Vancouver Annual Icon Speaker Event honouring his father Keith, to be held at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel Dec. 12. Ryan tells us that while the exact focus of the conversation has not yet been determined, it won't be challenging to find one, since the company is celebrating its 60th anniversary."I will be exploring his career and life overall [Keith is 87]," he says.
