New Feature: Vancouver's Favourite Real Estate Lunch Spots

Vancouver
Placeholder

Welcome to this occasional feature called Power Lunch Hotspots. We're looking for the best places to sit down with colleagues and hammer out a deal. Submit your favourites (if for no other reason than we get to stop by and try it out). Colliers VP James Smerdon likes an eatery that's bright but not too loud to do business, and that's why Giovane on Cordova Street makes the cut. Some of the tables are large enough to really spread out site plans, he adds. That, and the pizza is pretty good as well. "I'm a pizza traditionalist, so anything with a thin salty sauce, slightly charred crust and a bit of meat and cheese," he says. Giovane is perfect for a late lunch or coffee and dessert, "so you can plan a meeting for say 1:30pm, and some people can have lunch while others can have a pastry or cappuccino."
