Despite some abrupt shifts in momentum, 2013 stacks up as one of the best years in Canadian commercial real estate history, says CBRE market guru Ross Moore. There's a big construction cycle because fundamentals remain strong, he adds, and the pool of buyers has proven to be remarkably resilient. "It might be all the holiday spirit, but I end the year very thankful to be living and working in Canada."
