Bisnow has reached out to both Triovest and PCI for comment; they bought the property from DDM Enterprises. The land is classified by the city as an industrial district, permitting a maximum floor area equal to three times the lot area. If you can't do that math, we suggest buying a flashy car to distract people from your weakness.
