But that’s exactly what just went down in Kitsilano—the sale of the garden, low-rise complex at 2359 Cornwall Ave for $5M. RealNet’s Ryan Wyse points out the location—the heart of Kits—is sought-after, and this building sits directly across from Kitsilano Beach Park, on English Bay. (Like with humans, all the other houses pretend to be its friend, just for the water access.) A private investor, Preston Neary Holdings, is the purchaser.
