‘Orphaned’ DTZ Vancouver Partners Join Lee & Associates
The partners of DTZ Vancouver Real Estate have joined Lee & Associates Group, the largest US broker‐owned commercial real estate firm, which just launched its first Canadian office in Vancouver. In a note to clients, president Chris Anderson explains that with the recent merger of DTZ, Cassidy Turley and Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ Vancouver had been “orphaned” by the new combined brand. Upon learning of the pending deal, Chris says his team initiated talks with several top-ranked commercial real estate firms, “and everything kept pointing back to Lee & Associates as the right fit for our business model and, more importantly, our culture.”
