Cadillac Fairview Reveals Pacific Centre's New Retailers
CF Pacific Centre in Vancouver, one of North America's top-performing shopping centres.
The corner of Robson and Granville is set for a radical retail infusion this fall, with Pacific Centre announcing Ted Baker London, Kate Spade and Microsoft are among nine big-name retailers joining Nordstrom at the newly expanded shopping complex. Other brands opening this year include B2, BOSS Store, Pandora, Tumi, Weekend Max Mara and Rockport, mall owner Cadillac Fairview said last week. The stores will be located on the lower level of the retail expansion, designed by James K.M. Cheng. The three floors above will be occupied by Nordstrom, opening in September.
Atop Nordstrom are four floors (290k SF) of AAA office space. Tenants at 725 Granville include Sony Picture Imageworks, law firm Miller Thomson and Microsoft. Pacific Centre has a new entrance at Robson and Granville, part of the redevelopment of a block once occupied by the bright-white Sears building. Four more retailers at Pacific Centre will be unveiled in coming weeks. Cadillac Fairview SVP Tom Knoepfel noted having the city’s “best selection of international fashion and tech retailers” in one spot will be a “key factor" in the mall's continued success.
