Summer reading is in full swing, so we asked readers to tell us what books they're cracking open. We heard from the gang at SportsChallenge, who are all reading “Triple Crown Leadership” by Bob and Gregg Vanourek. They tell us the book is about the leaders and qualities behind some of the best organizations out there. Makes sense considering SportsChallenge is an educational nonprofit that "develops and empowers the next generation of leaders through residential summer programs and school-year workshops." The DC-based nonprofit plans to have a team discussion on the book at the end of summer. So what is your organization reading? Tell us.
