Business Travelers Stuck With Rental Cars
Ride-sharing companies like Uber and Lyft are all the rage, except with business travelers. The Global Business Travel Association said this week that corporate travel policies don't allow their employees to use ridesharing services. The GBTA Foundation released a study in July that found that 36% use rental cars, 24% use taxis and 13% use chauffeured transportation. Another factor that may affect ridesharing among business travelers is that some airports refuse to allow them. [AN]
