Tomorrow's Private Equity Summit
REITs and other public companies are big spenders, but private equity remains a powerful force. (For every bank, there's a Mr. Banks.) With key private firms and high-net worth investors here in DC, and others close by in NYC, we think it's extremely timely to be holding our 2nd annual Bisnow DC Private Equity Summit tomorrow at the Mayflower.
Among speakers will be ASB Real Estate Investments CEO Robert Bellinger. "Private" doesn't necessarily mean small—quietly but shrewdly, ASB has built a $5B portfolio of marquee properties around the country.
