Cushman & Wakefield Hires Investment Sales Broker From Greysteel
Cushman & Wakefield is bolstering its Mid-Atlantic investment sales team with a new Baltimore-based hire.
The firm announced Tuesday it hired Ari Azarbarzin as senior director. He will lead the firm's Baltimore-based multifamily investment sales team and work on acquisition and disposition deals across the state.
Azarbarzin comes from Greysteel, where he served as director of investment sales. Prior to that, he spent three years at Marcus & Millichap. A University of Maryland alumnus, Azarbarzin in December was named to the Baltimore Business Journal's 40 Under 40 list.
"We’re thrilled to have Ari joining our multifamily investment sales team," Cushman & Wakefield Managing Principal Peter Stanford said in a release. "His experience in business development, acquisition and disposition strategies, and debt placement make him an invaluable member of this team and I’m looking forward to him leading one of the most important practice groups at our firm."
