Hunt Mortgage Group Moving Office From Tysons To Downtown D.C.
Hunt Mortgage Group, a New York-based commercial real estate financier with 24 offices nationwide, has moved its D.C.-area office from Tysons to Downtown D.C.
The office, led by Managing Director Bryan Cullen, opened at 888 17th St. NW, on the same block as the Farragut West Metro station. The firm moved from 8000 Towers Crescent Drive in Vienna.
The firm's D.C. team will originate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans, bridge financing and a new seven-year, fixed-rate offering.
“The location near Farragut Square and three metros will allow us to attract and retain new talent as D.C. becomes the place to live and work,” Cullen said in a release. “We believe that having a downtown presence will also lead to greater visibility and presence in the local real estate scene.”
