1400 Wilson Trades Again
Does it ever calm down in Rosslyn? 1400 Wilson Boulevard (aka The Architect Building) has sold again, a year after selling for $57M. Spartanburg, SC-based investor Pacolet Milliken Enterprises announced yesterday that it purchased the fully-leased, 109k SF office building from Salus Property Investments for an undisclosed price. Pacolet president Rick Webel tells us this will be no quick flip. He adds that they were attracted to the "forward thinking" of Rosslyn from a planning perspective, with neighboring projects like Monday Properties' 1812 N. Moore an exciting complement.
