Apple REIT Ten Buys Fairfax Hotel

Last week, an affiliate of MPI sold the 310-room Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks for $34M, and according to public record, an affiliate of Apple REIT Ten was the buyer. Fairfax County records show that the purchaser as an entity called "Apple Ten Hospitality Ownership," which is registered to the same address as Richmond-based Apple REIT Ten. (Not to be confused with Apple iPod REIT, which just buys our attention span.)NYC-based Jared Kelso and Daniel Falvey of Cushman & Wakefield represented MPI.
