Bethesda Apartments Target Older Gen
We told you Bethesda condos were hot last month, but rentals aren't throwing in the bath towel just yet. Bainbridge Bethesda, a new high-rise rental property in Woodmont Triangle is already 30% occupied and 40% leased since opening at the end of the summer, according to The Bainbridge Cos. marketing VP Colleen Kittell. The 17-story, 200-unit project caters to a mature crowd looking for a second home, with rents from $1,650 for a studio to $4,230 for a two-bedroom with den. One buzzworthy feature: a twice-weekly evening exercise class for residents and neighbors that meets outside of the building under a unique arched pass-through. It's so popular, Bainbridge may start offering it as a daily boot camp. Colleen says it meets a demand for smaller, custom fitness classes.
